All Acupuncture services are performed by Coco Fortner LAc. These personalized services include an assessment, an acupuncture treatment, and herbal rx if required. They can include cupping, gua sha, moxa, massage, infrared heat therapy, electroacupuncture, ear seeds, acupressure education, lifestyle and diet recommendations as needed.
If you have never seen me before in any of my clinics, book this session. I want to know all about you, so it includes an extended intake about your health concerns, health goals, and your body/mind health as a whole. Together we will create a treatment plan to get you to your goals. We proceed with an acupuncture treatment designed specifically for you, today.
If you are an existing patient, this acupuncture session is for you. We will assess your progress along your treatment plan, and the treatment will be designed for how you present, today.
The Spot's herbal pharmacy has over 200 individual herbs (granule form) that Coco Fortner LAc. combines for you in small batches and modifies as your condition improves. Coco Fortner LAc. has been studying Classical Herbal Medicine like a maniac for the last decade and is adept at identifying the correct diagnosis to compound custom formulas that work. Her main focus is on women's health (menstrual regulation, pms, fertility, pregnancy and menopause) but can help with a plethora of conditions.
Herbal formulas are custom prepared by Coco Fortner LAc, and she typically prescribes 5g a dose, twice a day (typically herbs cost $6 a day). Herbs can work fast, so we mix them in small batches so we can follow your progress.
This is for new patients who are only interested in herbal medicine. In this 45 min session, we discuss your current conditions, health goals and create a treatment plan for herbal medicine.
In this 30 min consultation, we follow your progress along the established treatment plan, and modify your herbal formula as needed to account for where you are today.
If you are a licensed acupuncturist and would like me to fill a Rx you created for your patient, I’m happy to do so. Contact me via text or email with your specifications. Your patient can pick up locally the same day.
